Hi, I’m Matty.

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with overeating.
I spent my teenagehood juggling diets - and cheating on them.
Sure, some diets actually worked and brought results for a while,
but food took over a huge part of my brain. I was constantly thinking about my next meal/snack/cheat.

As long as I was completely beholden to my food plan 200%,
I lost weight.
But as soon as I eased up from the rigidness of the program,
I felt unsafe around food.
I wasn’t in control - the Food
controlled me.

That’s when I realised there was a missing link.
I knew there had to be more at play here than just lack of self-control.

"Ultimately, food was here to stay -
it was part of my life."

How could I experience it better?

So armed with determination to finally crack the enigma of eating, I studied the psychology
of food at the Torah Psychology School of Coaching and Counseling.

And that’s when things finally shifted.
I discovered the emotions that drive eating, the tools to regulate them and most
importantly, the belief that I could do it.
Now, I want to show you how you too can get unstuck, take control, and transform.
